If you place an order with me, you have 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour cancellation period may not be met due to the fact that materials may have already been ordered specifically for your order or I may have already started working on your order. However, if I have not ordered in materials especially for your order or have not started working on your order, you may be able to receive a refund after the 24 hour cancellation period.
If upon receiving your item, you find a problem with the product, please contact me directly via the contact page on my website or via my email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem and providing pictures for proof.
A fair assessment will then be made on whether you are entitled to a refund. This decision will be made based on if the product is damaged or faulty. My signs are handmade and I provide many pictures of my work on my website and social media pages so customers can clearly see the standard of product they are purchasing.
throughout the differnt product pages on the website, customers are reminded to make sure they have carefully read the product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the information they have given me for personalisation is all correct. This includes being clear about the backing colour you choose, the font, vinyl, fixings and any other personalisation including the spelling for your text.
Therefore I will not accept any responsibility for any spelling mistakes or incorrect personalisation choices if it was not made clear to me in the notes box at checkout.
I will not accept any damages caused to the product once you have received the item as how the item is handled is out of my control. I provide ‘caring for your acrylic’ cards to ensure correct aftercare is followed.
I will always try my hardest to rectify any problems you may have with your item. If there is a spelling mistake made by me, a replacement vinyl decal for the word will be sent out to you initially to rectify the issue. If the problem can’t be rectified by a replacement vinyl decal, then I will send out a replacement product for you.
If there is a spelling mistake made on your part and the personalisation for your product is incorrect, a replacement vinyl decal for the word can be sent out to you initially to rectify the issue and you will need to cover the cost of the postage. If the problem can’t be rectified by a replacement vinyl decal, no refund or free replacement of the product will be sent to you as the spelling error was not mine.
